Training course bookings

The MECC training programme is being delivered by The Social Marketing Gateway (SMG) and funded jointly by Camden and Islington councils. As such, it is free provided free of charge to council staff and other participating local organisations.

You are able to cancel a booking up until the day of a booking however given the cost and high demand for places if you have to cancel or change a booking please do this with as much advance notice as possible.

If you are unable to attend on the day please email SMG at meccsupport@smgateway.co.uk

If you do not attend a course and have not given us prior notice you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Privacy

Camden & Islington Councils do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email, or by using an electronic form, or enquiring about any of our services. 

Direct correspondence

As a registered participant in the MECC training programme we will correspond with you regarding course bookings, training evaluation, sharing learning and MECC related news and updates. If you do not wish us to contact you in regard of any of these areas please let us know by emailing meccsupport@smgateway.co.uk
